We build a front desk that never sleeps
Perla is an independent product, built for dental clinics in Ukraine and Czechia.
Why it exists
A patient with toothache looks for a clinic in the evening, at the weekend, or during a lunch break. They open the site, can't find a price, don't want to call — and move on to the next clinic in the results. For the clinic that isn't a missed call, it's a patient they will never see and never hear about.
Perla closes exactly that gap. It answers questions about prices, opening hours, doctors and insurers when the front desk isn't there, and collects a contact for booking instead of letting the person leave.
How we think about it
The product's first rule is: don't invent. Perla answers only from the profile the clinic filled in. If a price isn't in the list, it says the front desk will confirm rather than producing a plausible-looking number. A wrong price costs a clinic the patient's trust, which is worse than an inconvenient answer.
It also doesn't diagnose or recommend treatment. That's a dentist's job, and the line is drawn there deliberately.
Where we are
The product is live and working: clinics install the widget with one line of code, Perla answers patients and collects booking requests. We deliberately don't print customer counts or testimonials here — the product is young, and any numbers right now would be decoration rather than fact.
